We do not give refunds for Digital Items.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Made to Order
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
The package was damaged during shipment, what can we do?
In case of damage during shipping, let me know about it within 24 hours. I will replace damaged item.
The package has been returned, what can we do?
I don't offer any refunds when orders are returned to me due to the incorrect shipping address or when you did not pick it up. I can resend for an additional shipping charge to the customer. I always provide the tracking number so you can easily keep an eye on the package.
I no longer want my product, what can we do?
All items are made to order so I do not accept any cancellation after 6h from placing an order. Please, double check your order and shipping/processing policy before making an order. Kayla Chew offers personalized items so that mean you can't return them.
